This book is about a woman named Truly who was born so enormous, that she killed her mother during childbirth. All through her life she continued to grow leaving her to the ridicule of the small town of Aberdeen. Through a series of events, Truly finds herself living with her sister's husband, Robert Morgan, the town doctor. Truly spends her days taking care of Robert and her nephew, Bobby. Things start to change after she finds the hidden medicinal recipes of Robert's infamous ancestor that was the town witch.
This is a story about the struggles of people that are considered "different", of love, regret, and revenge. I really enjoyed it overall.
