This book is by a local author and was pretty good. This is what happens when a teenage Dexter and Jeepers Creepers get together.
The book is about a teenaged boy who thinks he's going to turn out to be a serial killer and tries to prevent himself from turning out that way by setting rules for himself. This part of the book is unoriginal and is a lot like the TV/book series Dexter. He's really put to the test when a serial killer starts to strike in his small town. This is where to book throws you for a loop and Jeepers Creepers comes into play. This is part of a trilogy and it'll be interesting to see where it goes after this.
