This was a little bit of a disaster. The recipe says to use a 9 in pie plate but but the time you put the cream cheese on the bottom, it leaves hardly any room for the pumpkin. It tasted ok but didn't look that great since I was trying to rush the cooking time and jacked up the temp to make it cook faster.
