New Annoying Customer of the Day

I considered nominating the guy doing a fraudulent return as the annoying customer of the day but he wasn't as annoying as the girl who broke a shelf on a bookcase by standing on it. Somehow she failed to notice 2 step stools next to her. Really people! Do you really think a little metal shelf will hold a person? The shelves will hold a decent amount of weight like the huge art books but they gradually bend and break over time since the weight increases and decreases from day to day. A shelf is not going to withstand over 100 pounds being dropped on it all at once! We have broken shelves all over the store because people are too lazy to walk 5 feet to grab a step stool.
